"Yes, your video rental is not set up adequatly for all your customers. I wanted to watch 1 video in one eve. You had to rent 2 for $6.50 and you could get 2 more in the next 24 hours. Well, I don't check into a hotel to watch movies round the clock. I would have liked one before I went to sleep. There should be a simple set-up for one movie for $2.00 for the customer who only wants one. Thank you. Nancy Bellilnger"
